Hi Niemeyer, I can reproduce the issue with your ffmpeg script.
The issue is related to Intel MTL hardware issue and fixed by Wa_16019325821 [1] which is included in v6.10-rc1 A test kernel image is built, please try. Once you confirmed it's fixed by [1], I will SRU it to noble kernel.
