If you read the error output this is your current most persistent error:

This suggests you've exceeded the limits on your system for open files.
This means you have something seriously wrong with your system limits or
the ulimits set on the nginx service - if it's opening **that many
files** that your system fails with "too many open files", that suggests
you've got a misconfigured enviornment.
either way, this isn't an NGINX bug.
