I agree with Vladimir that we probably want to have that uploaded to Oracular and Noble, to avoid regressions during upgrade. A no-change backport of the Plucky version seems generally fine (given that version builds and passes tests on the corresponding Ubuntu version). Also remember running "update-maintainer", as suggested by Jeremy above.
You should probably also update the bug description with some more detail from the SRU template: https://documentation.ubuntu.com/sru/en/latest/reference/bug-template/ E.g. providing a more detailed testplan, such as at least attaching autopkgtest logs once they passed in -proposed. Even if this is relatively low risk, just adding an additional universe package. Also please explain why exactly it was on sync-blacklist.txt and how it got removed again.
