The bug is a placeholder for the incoming MIR (https://canonical-ubuntu- project.readthedocs-hosted.com/MIR/mir-reporters-template/#mir- reporters-template) Assigning to Anshul who nicely stepped up to help us there and write the MIR content. I will handle the rust vendoring part.
