The latest oem-6.11, hwe-6.14, and generic-6.14 and above kernels are built 
with ipu6-drivers with fix from bug 2092139, which depends on userspace hal >= 
20241122. Before that being released into OEM archives, you may find the latest 
ones from following PPAs:
* https://launchpad.net/~oem-solutions-group/+archive/ubuntu/intel-ipu6
* https://launchpad.net/~oem-solutions-group/+archive/ubuntu/intel-ipu7

For EOL-ed generic-6.11/oracular, use hal < 20241122, because there is
no chance to update it anymore.

That's an kernel/userspace interface compatibility problem in
upstream/downstream Intel ipu6-drivers. Not really the kernel itself.
