I don't know about regular Ubuntu, but in Kubuntu 25.04, NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations is NOT set by default. This might be an oversight on the part of the maintainers of that variant.
I am actually not getting anything more in the journal when I use that key combo--the keyboard doesn't have a button with the SysRq legend on it, but it does have PrtSc, which is usually the same. Let me know if there's anything else we can try to get more diagnostic information out of this system. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2124978 Title: Graphics driver (Nvidia) does not resume from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-580/+bug/2124978/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
