After much messing around in my BIOS settings, including disabling
devices I don't strictly need (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the AMD IGP), as
well as messing with memory profiles, I have come to the conclusion that
this motherboard does not seem to "like" loading the full XMP profile
for the memory I am using, the issue rears its head when resuming from
suspend, and I'm somehow just finding out about this _now_. Weird.

As such, it seems this bug is due to a hardware misconfiguration on my
end. Apologies for the distraction.
