Public bug reported:

The nvme not detection issue was reported =>
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2111521
and later the issue was fixed with with the release 6.8.0-81.81

"
* nvme no longer detected on boot after upgrade to 6.8.0-60 (LP: #2111521)
    - SAUCE: PCI: Disable RRS polling for Intel SSDPE2KX020T8 nvme
"

I upgraded my 3 servers having same intel disk to ` 6.8.0-83.83~22.04.1`
and had the same problem as in the following;

```
dmesg -T | grep nvme
[Mon Sep 29 12:36:47 2025] nvme nvme0: pci function 10004:01:00.0
[Mon Sep 29 12:36:47 2025] nvme 10004:01:00.0: Unable to change power state
from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible
[Mon Sep 29 12:36:47 2025] nvme 10004:01:00.0: PCI INT A: no GSI
[Mon Sep 29 12:36:47 2025] nvme nvme1: pci function 10004:02:00.0
```

I did did rollback to kernel 5.15.0-153 and all three servers got their
disk back.
