We were also able to confirm the issue. Several people in our forum
experienced the same problem after the update. Something went wrong
during the upgrade.

We fixed the problem by rewriting the CUPS settings as follows:

sudo mv /etc/cups/cupsd.conf /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.bak
sudo tee /etc/cups/cupsd.conf > /dev/null <<EOF
LogLevel warn
Listen localhost:631
Listen /var/run/cups/cups.sock
Browsing Off
DefaultAuthType Basic
EOF
