Hi, I can report that I had no bug on my operating system: - Operating system Linux Mint 21.3 Mate, based on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. - Printers set up using Cups web interface (127.0.0.1:631). One printer is driverless, the other one uses Gutenprint drivers.
From several posts on Linux Mint users forum, some users with Linux Mint 21.x had the cupsd.conf corruption, others not (like myself). Same thing with Linux Mint 22.x, based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, some users encountered the problem and others not. There are more posts by users with the problem than by users without the problem but that's normal, on a users forums people who post are in a large majority looking for help.
