Thanks for reporting On the overview page there's a link to the complete publishing history for this package (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluefish/+publishinghistory). Looks like it was deleted from Questing for failing to build with reference to a Debian bug report. Since the newer version was synced to Resolute I assume the issue got resolved, but possible after the release window for 25.10.
