As you correctly noted, the patch will land on stable
(https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220983) on Kernel 6.19.
Unfortunately the kernel you are using are EOL and we cannot apply the
patch as per process rules; I'm sorry but you will need to wait for the
patch to be officially released in Kernel 6.19.
