Public bug reported:
This device is certified: https://ubuntu.com/certified/202503-36567
Installed Ubuntu 24.04 on it, with linux-oem package. Everything works
out of the box, including the Webcam which PID:VID are as follow:
idVendor 0x30c9 Luxvisions Innotech Limited
idProduct 0x00f4 Integrated RGB Camera
However, if I suspend the device for a few hours by closing the lid,
then resume, the webcam is gone from `lsusb` listing, and there are no
message about it in dmesg.
The only way to get the webcam back is to reboot the device.
Please check lsusb_v_before_suspend.log and lsusb_v_after_suspend.log
for a comparison of the `sudo lsusb -v` outcome at startup (when the
webcam is detected) and when the problem occurs.
I noticed that the problem does not happen when I suspend the device and
resume it quickly afterwards.
