@mhalano, that is a question for flatpak support, as this is a bug
tracker. However, flatpaks can be run from the command line. `flatpak
run {name-of-flatpak-in-reverse-domain-order e.g.
org.jellyfin.JellyfinServer}`.

We're not here to provide that level of support, but figure out why
Ubuntu Resolute Raccoon systems are bugged in this regard.
