I’m running: OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS Firefox Browser: mozilla-deb - 1.0 / 148.0.2 (64-bit) Two primary test cases were consistently causing crashes (everytime): Scenario #1: Enable auto-scroll, click middle mouse button, and scroll down on media-rich “infinite scroll” sites (news sites, social networks, etc). Crash would happen consistently during scrolling. Scenario #2: Upload jpg files to photo printing web sites (e.g. CVS). Crash would happen consistently during media upload. Crashes are no longer happening with either of these scenarios. I’ll continue to test but at this point, I’m cautiously optimistic that the issue is resolved." ** Tags removed: verification-needed-noble ** Tags added: verification-done-noble -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2142446 Title: [SRU] The entire desktop session crashes when browsing/playing videos/scrolling in firefox To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/budgie-session/+bug/2142446/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
