I've marked noble as verification done - more evidence on our forum -
the relevant parts here.

firefox-causes-budgie-desktop-environment-to-crash/8484/23?u=fossfreedom

"Alrighty - I performed some testing and the issue does appear to be
resolved.

I’m running:

OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
Firefox Browser: mozilla-deb - 1.0 / 148.0.2 (64-bit)
Two primary test cases were consistently causing crashes (everytime):

Scenario #1: Enable auto-scroll, click middle mouse button, and scroll down on
media-rich “infinite scroll” sites (news sites, social networks, etc). Crash
would happen consistently during scrolling.
Scenario #2: Upload jpg files to photo printing web sites (e.g. CVS). Crash
would happen consistently during media upload.
Crashes are no longer happening with either of these scenarios. I’ll continue
to test but at this point, I’m cautiously optimistic that the issue is
resolved."
