Before proceeding with ticket closure, could you clarify whether there
are plans to include the connectivity check service in Canonical’s
public status page (status.canonical.com)?

At the time of the incident, the status page indicated "All components
are Operational" despite the connectivity check service being
unavailable. Since this page is managed by Canonical, incorporating the
service into its reporting would improve transparency, provide accurate
real-time visibility, and help reduce the likelihood of duplicate or
unnecessary Launchpad tickets being raised in the future.

Additionally, including this service in the status page would align
incident reporting with actual service health, ensuring users have a
reliable source of truth during outages.
