Hello Nick, I couldn't agree more that this isn't a network-manager
specific issue and it looks like the Launchpad ticket was closed without
clear guidance on where users should report or follow up future issues
related to connectivity checks.

Could you please clarify how we’re expected to proceed from here?
Specifically, are there any plans to include this health check service
in Canonical’s public status page? At the moment, the lack of visibility
can lead to confusion, especially when the status page shows all systems
as operational while connectivity checks are experiencing issues.

Some direction on the intended path forward would be greatly
appreciated, particularly to help avoid duplicate reports and ensure
concerns are raised through the appropriate channels.
