Public bug reported:
On resolute gnome-shell 50.0-0ubuntu2, there is no power button in Quick
Settings when a user is logged on. In GDM at login, a power button
(with power-off and reboot options once clicked) is present.
What happens
Battery, Screenshot, Settings, Lock icons appear in top right menu. Power icon
missing when a user is logged on.
Expected behavior
Power icon appears after Lock icon. Clicking it reveals power-off, reboot, and
logout.
