Public bug reported:
The system is an upgrade from 24.04 LTS to 26.04 Beta with Linux
7.0.0-10. Afterwards it upgraded to 7.0.0-12 and then L1ARC stopped
working. I use firefox and 2 Vbox VMs (Xubuntu 24.04 LTS and Ubuntu
16.04 ESM) and the size of L1ARC stay 0.23 of 8.0 GIB.
The system also feel slower than before.
