I tried the same test on a 2nd Ubuntu 26.04 Beta that runs from a HDD partition and it has the same issue. I add a print from the size data in /proc/spl/kstat/zfs/arcstats and the size as I display in conky. I also noticed again, Ubuntu has arc_summary in another location than the Oracle OpenZFS version, that is annoying.
