I mean *which* freeze is it? If you are not comfortable with using a
debugger then I suggest:

1. Install openssh-server
2. ssh into the frozen machine from another machine.
3. killall -ABRT gnome-shell
4. Send the resulting /var/crash/ file using 'ubuntu-bug' or 'apport-cli'

Also, if Samuel is satisfied his original problem is gone then we should
close this bug and track remaining problems elsewhere.
