Looks like this was
fixed in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dub/1.36.0-3ubuntu1
then regressed when https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dub/1.38.1-1 got synced
and then fixed in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dub/1.38.1-2 in the
Debian package when synced.
