Public bug reported:

This is difficult to pin down, but it's pretty easy to reproduce by
exercising the GPU. When running an LLM this happens every time it loads
the GPU. I can also reproduce it by hovering the mouse over the ubuntu
dock icons and moving the mouse.

It seems to be more difficult to reproduce it when blacklisting amdxdna,
but that could be a bit of stretch.

This wasn't a problem with 25.10, only introduced when updating to the
devel series a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't able to reproduce this in
the live session, so I did a clean install and was able to reproduce it
in a clean install.
