After upgrading to `+esm8` on the affected production host (Ubuntu 18.04
bionic ESM), `mod_http2.so` loads cleanly, Apache starts with `a2enmod
http2`, and HTTP/2 is served again. `nm -D --undefined-only
/usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_http2.so | grep H2_` is now empty,
confirming the header issue described above has been corrected in the
rebuild.

Thanks to the Ubuntu Security team for the very fast turnaround. Marking
as Fix Released.
