I checked my abi directory, and it appears my system is not missing the
4.0 and 5.0 abi tracking files.

ls -l /etc/apparmor.d/abi/
total 24
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 15 Mar 24 11:45 3.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 15 Mar 24 11:45 4.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2220 Apr 8 10:26 4.0-ip
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2955 Apr 8 10:26 5.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1633 Oct 20 2025 kernel-5.4-outoftree-network
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1302 Oct 20 2025 kernel-5.4-vanilla

It could definitely be a problem with both my system configuration and
how the current candidate for snapd is interacting with it, but I'm not
entirely sure.

Edit: Those older kernel files may or may not be having a part in this,
though I can't be certain.
