s390-tools (2.42.1-0ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release. (LP: #2154426)
    - d/s390-tools.install: Add new pvebc binary and man page.
    - d/s390-tools.install.s390x: Add new bash/zsh completions.
    - Update XS-Vendored-Sources-Rust field in d/control with new/different
      crates/versions.
    - d/control: Bump Standards-Version field to latest version 4.7.4.
  * d/com.github.s390_tools.z90crypt.metainfo.xml: rename and modify to solve
    lintian messages and to get a successful 'appstreamcli validate-tree'
    output.
  * Expand d/s390-tools.lintian-overrides to cover hsavmcore.service
    'unusual-wantedby-target', which is correct and wanted.
  * Add d/p/fix-sel-ebc-modules-conf-permissions.patch to solve lintian warning
    about uneeded execution bits of config file.
  * Add d/p/fix-lspai-manpage-whatis-entry.patch to solve lintian warning by
    fixing bad-whatis-entry in lspai.8 man page.
