Public bug reported:
Firefox failed with “already running but not responding” because
AppArmor denied file_lock on .parentlock. Reboot did not fix it;
reloading/recompiling the Firefox AppArmor profiles did. The last denial
predates the manual reload, suggesting an inconsistent cached/generated
AppArmor profile after removing Snap Firefox and using the PPA Firefox
package.
