Also affects Acer Nitro AN515-51 with Hybrid Graphics (Intel HD Graphics
630 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 running on Driver 535.309.01).

Upon upgrading from kernel 7.0.0-27-generic to 7.0.0-28-generic, the
external HDMI display connection completely loses signal ("No Signal").
The display manager logs indicate failure to bind or route presentation
paths across the GPU configurations.

Rolling back to an older kernel (like 6.17.0-40-generic) combined with
an Xorg session immediately restores normal, stable HDMI video output.
