This bug was fixed in the package unity-settings-daemon - 26.10.1ubuntu

---------------
unity-settings-daemon (26.10.1ubuntu) stonking; urgency=medium

  * Change *.install files to have all files installed into correct packages:
    By default debhelper installed packages' files in paths which were
    different from what is currently in archive. To fix that changes
    in d/*.install and d/not-installed were required,
  * Fix failing gcm-self-test in launchpad builds,
  * Fix build error on s390x and ppc64el due to missing DMI information on
    launchpad build host,
  * Change d/rules to include doc files correctly between
    ibunity-settings-daemon1 and libunity-settings-daemon-dev
  * Fix compilation errors:
    * incompatible pointer types,
    * missing return types,
    * improper callback types,
    * wrong arguments to gtk_box_pack_start(),
    * missing headers,
  * Fix outdated display panel vendor names in sefltests,
  * Migrate from CDBS to DebHelper (remove cdbs and dh-migration from
    build-depends) (LP: #2143760),
  * Add python-is-python3 to build-depends,
  * Fix conflicts with gnome-settings-daemon when installing udev rules for
    rfkill plugin,
  * Fix build error due to POTFILES,
  * Fix plugin link errors due to missing linkage against
    libunity-settings-daemon.so during build
