About my check in regard to micro-revision - this is per the
code/comment
```
14 /** String describing which Tor Git repository version the source was
15 * built from. This string is generated by a bit of shell kludging in
16 * src/core/include.am, and is usually right.
17 */
```
We are not changing which "Tor Git repository version the source was
built from" just rebuilding the same for different Ubuntu releases. So
per logic and AFAIC we should keep that as-is on the backports.
Maybe our contact with upstream allows to have an ack by the usual
Maintainer on the merge requests, I might reach out for that later once
all is prepared.
