Thanks for the investigation! This seems like some automatic install
script installed qemu 9.2.2, because as you can see it has no source
from archive.ubuntu.com. So i fear you have installed a non-Ubuntu
version of qemu, which we can't know and thus can't fix.
You could install the official qemu package instead :)
If you want a newer qemu version than 8, you could upgrade to Ubuntu 26.04 to
get version 10.2.
