Public bug reported: On an Ubuntu 26.04 RISC-V system using an ISA string containing Zfh and Zvfh installation of core26 fails because the hwprobe interface of the Linux 7.0 kernel reports that the Zfhmin and Zvfhmin extensions are missing.
The issue is addressed in [PATCH] riscv: report Zfhmin/Zvfhmin when Zfh/Zvfh are present https://lore.kernel.org/linux-riscv/[email protected]/ The currently installed kernel is: linux-image-7.0.0-14-generic 7.0.0-31.31 does not contain the source code change from the patch above.
