Public bug reported:
I'd like to request a freeze exception for qpdf 12.4.1, which is already
in Debian. It's a very small release relative to 12.4.0 and has two
important bug fixes, one of which is for a possible infinite recursion
for a particular malformed file with a fix that's just about 5 lines of
code. No new features were added in 12.4.1.
