Public bug reported:

Hello,

Since the latest kernel update on Ubuntu, the Bluetooth interface fails
to turn on. When clicking the Bluetooth toggle in GNOME Settings, it
immediately reverts to "Off".

Hardware: Asus Vivobook with MediaTek MT7921 (IMC Networks
Wireless_Device, USB ID 13d3:3563).

Symptoms & Logs:
Wi-Fi (mt7921e) works perfectly, but Bluetooth fails. Checking dmesg shows a
kernel Call Trace exactly when the system tries to power on the Bluetooth
interface during boot:

[ 2.686705] Workqueue: hci0 hci_power_on [bluetooth]
[ 2.686794] hci_dev_setup_sync+0x6c/0x430 [bluetooth]
[ 2.686921] hci_dev_do_open+0x28/0x70 [bluetooth]
[ 2.686954] hci_power_on+0x50/0x210 [bluetooth]

Workaround:
Booting into the previous kernel version via GRUB completely resolves the
issue, confirming this is a kernel regression in the latest update.

Thank you.
