Public bug reported:
A bus-powered JHL7440 Thunderbolt enclosure containing an AQC113
spontaneously disconnects on both USB4 ports. The Thunderbolt device
reconnects, but its PCI hierarchy is not restored reliably. In one
captured recovery the AQC113 appeared after bridge-window allocation,
received no BAR resources, and failed probe with error -5. Removing the
complete JHL7440 PCI subtree and rescanning the empty parent bus resized
the bridge windows and restored 10GbE without rebooting.
