Public bug reported:

Package: plasma-desktop-data
Package-Version: 4:6.6.6-0ubuntu0.1

Description of the problem:
On a default or clean user session, Plasma 6 fails to load the default bottom
panel layout. plasmashell aborts panel layout construction with fatal
kf.package errors when reading core plasmoid directories.

Root Cause:
Several core plasmoids were converted to compiled C++ binary plugins (such as
org.kde.plasma.taskmanager.so provided by plasma-desktop). However, the package
plasma-desktop-data installs skeleton directories under
/usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/ containing only metadata.json (with
X-Plasma-RootPath pointers) but completely lacking a `contents/ui/main.qml` or
declared mainscript.

When plasmashell initializes default layouts (which reference
org.kde.plasma.icontasks) or when opening the "Add Widgets" drawer, kf.package
scans these directories, strictly requires ui/main.qml, and fails:
"kf.package: Could not find required file "mainscript" for package
"/usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.icontasks/" should be
QList("ui/main.qml")"

Affected directories in /usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/:
- org.kde.plasma.icontasks
- org.kde.plasma.activitypager
- org.kde.plasma.kickerdash
- org.kde.plasma.minimizeall

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clear user plasma config: rm -f
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc ~/.config/plasmashellrc
2. Start plasmashell in a Wayland session: plasmashell --replace
3. Observe terminal output: plasmashell throws missing mainscript error on
icontasks and aborts generating the default panel.
4. Open the Add Widgets drawer: log flooded with kf.package errors for
activitypager, kickerdash, and minimizeall.

Workaround / Verification:
Creating dummy files at:
/usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.<applet>/contents/ui/main.qml
satisfies kf.package's filesystem existence validation, allows plasmashell to
build the panel layout, and successfully delegates execution to the compiled
C++ plugins without error.

Expected Behavior:
Either the directory skeletons should not be installed if the applets are fully
compiled C++ plugins, or the package must include the minimal stub
structure/mainscript required to pass kf.package verification.
