Summary of the changes: - In `netplan_cli/cli/sriov.py`, check and enable `sriov_drivers_autoprobe` before creating VFs when `embedded-switch-mode: switchdev` is requested. - Added comprehensive unit tests in `tests/test_sriov.py` covering autoprobe state inspection, activation, already-active states, error handling, and end-to-end integration flows (all unit tests and coverage checks passing at 100%). - All 17 upstream CI checks (including autopkgtests on Ubuntu LTS and Debian testing) are green.
