Hey there! Thanks for the bug report. It seems that you are using a
third-party repository (linux-surface) which provides the foreign
`libwacom9-surface` package. This provides version 0.2.17-1, however
`ubuntu-desktop` on 26.04 LTS requires (`libwacom9` >= 0.2.18) due to
`libinput10`. Since `libwacom9-surface` conflicts with `libwacom9`, the
resolver does not see `libwacom9` as a replacement for it.
In short: right now the linux-surface repository does not seem to have
support for 26.04 LTS.
