u-boot-xlnx 2022.01-2022.1-update3+repack-0ubuntu2 has been stuck in
stonking-proposed for 268 days and can't migrate. Its only build (arm64) has
been in dependency wait since it was uploaded:

0ubuntu2 is only the 26.04 no-change mass rebuild (LP: #2132257):

The dependency wait will never resolve: python3-distutils was removed along
with Python 3.12's distutils. The source still has "python3-distutils
[linux-any]" in Build-Depends.
Action taken / requested

Remove 0ubuntu2 from stonking-proposed. stonking keeps
2022.01-2022.1-update3+repack-0ubuntu1, so users see no change.
Remaining problem: the package doesn't build in stonking

The source in the release pocket has the same python3-distutils
build-dependency, so u-boot-xlnx currently can't be rebuilt in stonking at
all. That will matter for the next mass rebuild or any security fix.
Reverse dependencies (stonking):

* xlnx-firmware (for u-boot-zynqmp)
* xlnx-versal-firmware (for u-boot-zynqmp)

Suggested fix for whoever maintains Xilinx/AMD board support: replace
python3-distutils with python3-setuptools in Build-Depends, as the main u-boot
package already does (u-boot 2025.10-0ubuntu5 build-depends on
python3-setuptools and python3-pyelftools). This is a 2022 u-boot tree, so
expect further issues with the current toolchain (gcc 15, Python 3.14, swig).
Alternatively, decide whether the package is still wanted given that the main
u-boot is much newer.
