Adding xilinx-vcu-ctrl and xilinx-vcu-omx here. They're in the same situation as u-boot-xlnx: part of the same stale Xilinx stack, stuck in stonking-proposed (309 days) with only the 26.04 no-change mass rebuild (LP: #2132257), which fails to build with the current toolchain.
