Update on the image support:
I think the image failing to load does not stop the boot from happening
so this can be a warn.
The user can modify their cfg to try and load the image support before
setting the background image i.e.
```
if insmod <png|jpeg>; then
background_image /boot/grub/background<.png|.jpeg>
fi
```
