The optimize=-lto workaround suggested in the description turned out not
to be enough: on amd64v3, LDFLAGS also contain -march=x86-64-v3, which
apxs rejects the same way ("apxs:Error: Unknown option: m").

The fix uploaded as 1.1.19-2.2ubuntu1 instead adds d/p/apxs-wrap-
ldflags.patch, which passes every LDFLAGS entry to apxs as -Wl,<flag>.
apxs strips the -Wl, prefix and forwards the flag to the libtool link
command, so any bare build flag works. It built on all architectures in
a PPA, and has been forwarded to Debian (#1150744).
