This bug was fixed in the package libapache2-mod-ldap-userdir -
1.1.19-2.2ubuntu1
---------------
libapache2-mod-ldap-userdir (1.1.19-2.2ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/p/apxs-wrap-ldflags.patch: pass LDFLAGS to apxs as -Wl,<flag>.
Makefile.in passed them unwrapped, so bare flags from Ubuntu's build
flags (-flto=auto -ffat-lto-objects with LTO, -march=x86-64-v3 on
amd64v3) made apxs abort with "Unknown option" and fail the build
(Debian bug #1150744) (LP: #2170636)
