Correction to the description: these are not leaf packages. The witness source (0.11.0-1, new, 137 days in stonking-proposed) build-depends on golang-github-in-toto-go-witness-dev and is in dependency wait behind this same cycle: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/witness/0.11.0-1/+build/32916163 Breaking the cycle would unblock all three. I've added tasks for archivista and witness.
