Public bug reported: golang-github-in-toto-go-witness 0.10.0-3 (87 days) and golang-github- in-toto-archivista 0.11.1-3 (65 days) are both new in Ubuntu. They are stuck in stonking-proposed because their builds wait on each other:

Launchpad cannot build with build profiles, so the cycle needs a one-off bootstrap in Ubuntu. Asking ubuntu-archive how they'd like to handle this. The obvious path is: 1. A bootstrap upload of go-witness (e.g. 0.10.0-3ubuntu1) with the profile's effect applied unconditionally: no archivista build-dep, archivista excluded. 2. archivista then builds against it. Not verified: archivista's own build may need the go-witness archivista subpackage. 3. A follow-up upload of go-witness (0.10.0-3ubuntu2 or a re-sync) restores the full build.
