There is a delay between the login screen and the home screen. The
display gets blacked out for 1-2 seconds before the home sceen appears,
but this was not happening in previous version. When i login a fresh
session it is happening, but when I lock and unlock my system, there is
no delay and the screen is quick to come.

What I expect is to happen is to load the home screen quickly without
and showcasing of a black screen and make this process quick.
The screen gets black with hint of lockscreen in black and then it loads
the home screen.
