The profile is loaded because the package 'apparmor-profiles' is installed. So, this explains why another machine I have does not have this issue, that one appears not to have 'apparmor-profiles' installed.
Weird, I did not not know that package was optional. So, in principle I could uninstall it? But that would be less safe, right?
