Do any error messages show up when you run glipper in a terminal? The
glipper icon needs to be showing in the panel to verify that it is
running. If the icon shows in the panel and cut and paste doesn't work
then it's time to escalate.
Glipper works for me in Gutsy, so this would be a regression.
