Can not get Glipper to run in terminal. When I go to /usr/bin where the program is usually located (as it is in my Gutsy installations) I do not see the program even though it is shown in Synaptic as being installed. Is it possible that it is hiding somewhere else. I would try to do a search for the file but unfortunately another thing that is broken is the fact the "file system" is not shown on the listings in the search for files function.
No, the glipper is not showing on either the applications menu and/or the panel. And as with you, Glipper installs and runs fine on all of my Gutsy installations but not so far on Hardy. So, yes I would think this is a regression.
