Julian, Yep, from the logs you supplied the system looks quite normal. I would expect that the irq_delta.log would have captured some kind of abnormal activity. My initial thought is that I should now put some debug into PowerTop to see where it thinks the system is busy. Meanwhile I will also look at what the yenta_socket.
